    Stephanie Smalls
    Medical Director

    Dr. Smalls is originally from Wilmington, Delaware. She received her bachelor’s degree from Philadelphia University. She graduated from Tuskegee University School Veterinary Medicine in 2007.  Afterwards, she completed a rotating internship program at VCA Newark Animal Hospital in Newark, Delaware.

    Ali
    Associate Veterinarian

    AliDr. Constantine has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine in Delaware since her graduation in 2013 from Oklahoma State CVM. She has deep interests in animal behavior which allows her to better facilitate improving the human-animal bond. In her free time, she enjoys outside activities with her 5 senior dogs.

  • Chris Deliman
    Hospital Manager

    Chris has been a vet tech of Dr. Smalls’ since 2008. After Loving Touch Animal Clinic opened in 2014, he became the Hospital Manager overseeing the facilities daily operations. After hours he enjoys spending time on his farmette with wife and all their animals which include dogs, cats, goats, chickens, turkeys and ducks.

    Veterinary Technician

    Ashley has her BS in Animal Biotechnology and Conservation. She worked in research for 10+ years and has been working as a Vet Tech for 15+ years.  In her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her 3 dogs Sneakers, Charlie and Munchie and her cat Dash. If she isn't with them, you will find her at the barn enjoying horseback riding.

    Veterinary Technician

    Lynnsay has worked in the veterinary field for going on 12 years.  Lynnsay has always had a love for working with animals. In her free time, she enjoys the company of friends and family. During the summer, she can be found at the beach or on her family boat. She currently resides with Phil, Dinks, and Khaleesi her three cats and her Yorkie named Stevie.

  • Lauren
    Veterinary Technician

    Lauren has been a vet tech since 2009 and had joined the LTAC family in the summer of 2016. She attended University of DE majoring in Animal Science. She has a love for exotics, puppies and kittens. She enjoys watching them grow at each visit, but still very much so has a soft spot for the senior pets. In her free time, she enjoys training and competing in AKC agility, obedience, and conformation with her 2 Papillons, Belgian Malinois and her Miniature American Shepherd puppy. Lauren also has a cat and 2 guinea pigs.

  • Jenna
    Veterinary Technician

    Jenna is currently pursuing her VMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated from the University of Delaware in2019 with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Animal Biosciences. Being a veterinary technician at LTAC for several years has been the highlight of her time away from her studies and taught her invaluable skills that she can't wait to apply as a veterinarian. Jenna has two cats, Migo and Millie, both of which were surrenders at LTAC. Her third pet is a German Shepherd named Violet. Fun fact: she is from a working dog line and was supposed to be a police dog!

  • Anthony

    Anthony started with LTAC in June of 2019. He graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 majoring in Biological Sciences. During his undergraduate, he was involved in research pertaining to the equine microbiome. Currently, he is pursuing his masters at the University of Delaware in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. He hopes to apply his skills to veterinary research in the future. During his free time, you can find him planning his next ski trip.

  • Jacklyn

    Jacklyn started working at LTAC in June of 2018 and is currently a second year veterinary student at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. Once Jacklyn becomes a veterinarian, she wants to focus on small animal medicine ranging from wellness visits, surgeries, sick pets and everything in between; just like Loving Touch! During her free time, Jacklyn loves to go hiking and exploring Arizona with her lab/boxer mix Moose, and chihuahua, Paisley. Jacklyn also has an adorable toothless cat at home as well :)
