1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. Checks are only accepted from existing clients and must be made payable to Loving Touch Animal Clinic.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Loving Touch Animal Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself by clicking below:
4). We require a non-refundable prepayment of the office visit for new clients and existing clients who have not been since in the last 2 years.
This payment will be credited toward your visit whichever day is chosen at that time. If you do not give a 12 hour cancellation notice to reschedule, cancel or no show for the appointment the prepayment is forfeited and you will be required to pay again.
