At Loving Touch Animal Clinic (LTAC) we are focused on providing high-quality medicine and a great client experience by being committed to our teams’ professional growth and partnering with our clients for the life of their pets. In 2014, Dr. Stephanie Smalls-Deliman, founded LTAC. Initially the clinic was started out of her home office as a one room facility where we saw mostly wellness and vaccine appointments. In 2016, the current home of LTAC was opened in Newark, Delaware. With its location in close proximity to the Christiana Mall, I95 and route 273 it was the perfect place for a hospital.
Dr. Jeboda joined our practice in December of 2020 as an associate DVM after graduating from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary medicine. With a rapidly growing hospital and the need for veterinary care, LTAC found a second location in Elkton, Maryland in 2021 close to I95, route 213 and route 40. After 3 years of renovations, LTAC Elkton opened its doors in May of 2024. Both locations are a full service veterinary hospital offering a wide variety of services such as your standard wellness and vaccination appointments, ear and skin infections and much more. Both locations have the ability to run in-house diagnostics, digital radiographs and surgical appointments for your pets.
